Dryft Inc., an Illinois corporation and its subsidiaries, doing business as Dryft (“Dryft”, “our”, “us”, and “we”) collects information about you when you use our mobile software applications (each, an “App”) or visit our website at (the “Website”, and collectively with our Apps, the “Services”) and through other interactions and communications you have with us. This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected from our Users.

Personal privacy is important and we acknowledge and respect the desire of individuals for personal privacy. Our Privacy Policy is intended to comply with United States federal and state laws. We intend to regularly review our privacy policy and practices and reserve the right to change the provisions of this Privacy Policy at any time. “Personal information” is personally identifiable information such as your name, residential address, business address, and e-mail address, or any other information that can be used to identify an individual or about an identifiable individual. We are not in the business of collecting anyone’s personal information except to the extent it’s needed in relation to our business, namely, helping Users connect with each other to either have snow removed from their property or provide the snow removal service requested by another User, or supporting our Services and communicating with Users and prospective Users.
